Your cabin is located in Hidden Springs Resort, a quiet resort setting with all of these attractions so close that you can hear the Dollywood train whistle from the decks! OVERVIEW In your 2 bedroom 2 bath cabin, the upper level boasts a well equipped kitchen where you can enjoy a meal with family and friends at the dining table or outside on the upper level deck overlooking the serene woods. On the lower level, you'll enjoy a private hot tub, outdoor lounge area, game room with pool table, foosball, arcade table for 1-2 players and bunk beds. MODERN AMENITIES ★Coffee & Tea Bar: Start your morning right at your coffee and tea bar! Keurig, French Press, hot water kettle, K cups, a variety of teas, flavor syrups, creamer, and sweetener are available for your use. ★Roku Smart TVs located in each bedroom and in both living areas, allowing you to stream from all platforms. Guest mode is enabled on the TVs, so enjoy streaming with the peace of mind that you'll be automatically logged out of your accounts upon checkout. ★Outlets with USB & USB-C plugs: Don't stress about finding a plug in! Other Details to Note
- 8 Person Max. If you bring more people than accounted for on your reservation, you will be charged $250 per person over 8. - QUIET HOURS between 10:00pm - 8:00am - No Pets. Animals are not allowed in the cabin. You will be charged $500 if you bring a pet. - We provide a starter set of supplies for your stay. Please note this may not be enough for the entirety of your stay, and you may need to buy more. - The cabin is in the woods. Pest control is performed on a regular basis, but you will likely see and hear critters. If you see a bear (or other wildlife), during your stay DO NOT FEED IT. Stay away from it. They are dangerous. - Bring all food inside the cabin. Bears can smell food and will break into your car to get it! - No late check-out or early check-in unless arranged with host prior. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $50.00 dollars for the first half hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half hour. Please contact us if there are extenuating circumstances! - In the event that you would like to check in early, please reach out to us. Early Check-In is $200 pending availability and can only be confirmed 24 hours in advance. We will do what we can to make this possible for you. - No fires or open flames including candles. (Except in the gas fireplace) The use of a candle or flame will result in a $250 fine. - Smoking of any kind is not allowed. - There are 3 exterior security cameras installed for the safety of both the guest and the property. ONE camera is facing the parking area. ONE camera is facing the entry steps. ONE camera is underneath the lower deck at the crawlspace. Any tampering with cameras, including, but not limited to, covering and otherwise disabling, is grounds to early termination of reservation without refund. - Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK. It is not recommended if you are pregnant, have medical conditions impacted by high temperatures, or are under the influence of alcohol. - The hot tub is completely emptied and cleaned for every stay. Therefore, it is possible that the hot tub may not be at the desired temperature immediately upon check-in. - No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/other things that are beyond our control. Be advised that refunds will not be provided in cases of illness or travel disruptions. We strongly recommend travel insurance. - Please note: Food is not provided. Guests are encouraged to bring their own groceries, snacks, or ingredients to enjoy. Wine, charcuterie, and any other food items pictured are not included in booking. If you'd prefer a hassle free experience, we're happy to connect you with a local concierge service to assist with custom packages, grocery drop off, and food set up! Located within Hidden Springs Resort. You'll be provided with a gate code for entry in addition to your door code for the property. Resort has a pool which is open year-round except January and February. The pool is heated, but the building for the pool is not temperature controlled. Nearby, there is a large communal space with several park-style grills and a covered shelter with tables.
Guest Access
During your stay, you will enjoy exclusive access to the entire cabin. Please note that there is an owner's closet, secured with a digital keypad, which is not accessible to guests and does not impact your living space. Guests are also not allowed in the crawl space underneath the cabin. Two days before your arrival we will message you with check-in details. No meeting for keys! We are owner-operated and want you to have a seamless experience!

The cabin is easily accessible from the main attractions of Pigeon Forge and is very close to Dollywood (<5 minutes)! *10 min to The Island *10 min to The Stampede *30 min to Great Smoky Mountains National Park (Sugarlands) *30 min to Great Smoky Mountains (Greenbrier) There are several ways to get into the cabin through backroads during periods when there is higher traffic volume.
